Engineer - Power Semiconductors- FILLED
The
Device Engineer oversees the design, fabrication, and characterization
of power semiconductor devices.
Essential
duties and responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform

representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable

Provides
device design using numerical simulators.

Optimizes and defines the process flow required to fabricate the device.

Serves
as a liaison with the foundry to port and develop the process flow.

Oversees
and adjusts the process flow for optimal device performance.

Characterizes the device to obtain feedback of device performance.
Requirements:
B. S. degree in electrical engineering or physics (M.S. degree preferred)
with at least 5 years (minimum of 3 years with M.S. degree) of relevant
industrial experience in the field of semiconductor devices. Excellent
communication skills required, with the ability to make presentations
to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in electronic
circuits and systems and materials science is preferred.
